Taylor Patterson Estate Agents is a new name in local estate agency; however, if you have bought, sold, or viewed a house in the last 25 years the chances are you will have met one or both of us.
Formerly directors with another Lisburn estate agent, we have been selling homes in the greater Lisburn area for 27 and 22 years respectively, and are delighted that our former colleague of more years than she would let us reveal, Tracy Traynor has joined the team.
Our brand new office which we are very proud of is in the centre of Lisburn at 12A Bow Street, in what used to be the old Ulster Star offices, just across from Greens Food Fare.

However, what has remained the same for sellers is wanting assurance that the sale is being looked after by someone you have met; who is familiar with the actual property; the surrounding area, and its amenities; understands your aspirations; and will see the sale through, from our first chat, guiding you through the process, on to the day of completion and the handing over of keys.
In turn, all of the above also applies to viewers and buyers, who likewise want comfort in the knowledge that the selling agent knows their stuff.
